  • Do I need to be a dentist or a hygienist to open my own teeth whitening business?

    This is what's great about opening a teeth whitening business. You do not need to be a dentist or a hygienist, but there are guidelines you must follow, which vary from state to state.

  • Can I get my money back?

    No, all sales are final, including the purchase of training packages.

  • How soon after completing training can I provide service to my first client?

    After your welcome call from a True Teeth Whitening team member, you can order products and start as soon as your shipment reaches you!

  • How do I order products?

    Once you complete your certification, you will receive a phone call from one of the True Teeth Whitening team members. From there, we will process your certification and provide the order link.

  • Do I need to pay for travel and lodging for one-on-one training?

    Yes, True Teeth Whitening is not responsible for airfare, lodging, ground transportation, or food.

  • Are there age restrictions for certification in teeth whitening?

    Yes, training attendees must be at least 18 years of age.

  • What is the difference between online certification and one-on-one training?

    The curriculum is identical in both trainings. With one-on-one training, you'll get hands-on experience of proper techniques and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the training to ensure you clearly understand the material.

  • Can you help with setting up the back end of my business, such as credit card processing, insurance, etc.?

    Yes, we are 100% transparent with how we run our True Teeth Whitening practice. This is what makes our program so unique.

  • Will my business location be added to your website?

    Yes, all True Teeth Whitening providers will be added as location to our website in exchange for a percentage of your deposit fee.

  • What is the best way to get a hold of someone at True Teeth Whitening?

  • How long does it take to become certified?

    Online certification is 100% online and may be completed in as little as one day.

  • What payment types do you accept for training?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Stripe.

  • When are the one-on-one training sessions scheduled?

    A True Teeth Whitening team member will reach out to schedule the training at everyone's earliest opportunity.

  • If I purchase the marketing training, when is the next class?

    A team member will reach out to you and schedule a Zoom meeting.

  • How often are the Zoom calls hosted?

    These calls are hosted once a month. More information will be provided on our private Facebook group.

  • Do I need anything for the Zoom meetings?

    We recommend a pen and paper for taking notes. Otherwise, nothing else is needed.

  • What if I miss the monthly Zoom community call?

    Each Zoom call will be recorded and uploaded to our provider-only library.

  • May we ask questions during the Zoom community calls?

    Questions can be sent before the session, and we'll answer it on the call. Questions can also be submitted in the chat window during the call. If time allows, we'll answer in-session questions too.
